Standard Iowa Coaching Authorization

• Must be 18 years of age
• Good for 5 years
• 55 hour workshop, online

Transitional Authorization

• Must be 21 years of age
• Good for 1 year
• Can be completed on a shorter timeline than the full authorization course​

All licenses require regular renewals of the following

• CPR Training
• Concussion Training
• Mandatory Reporter Training
• And and of the following: Rules Meetings | NFHS Video | Workshop | Clinic | Other renewal activities
